前几天从银行转了钱，今天想操作一下，发现想continue的时候出现个alert

final outcome of your order.
但我只是想试试操作，要付的钱(net amount)远小于Federal Money Market (
Settlement fund)，所以请问转进去要多久才能买股票？还是有什么步骤我漏掉了？
