4/8 limit as I usually play. Basically people play everything and chase
everything to the river(full of fishes). I slowly built up to 8 racks and
about to leave. Somehow the table gets hot and people cap preflop and on
every turn so I decided to play a little bit more. Bad judgements.
One hand I flopped open ended straight and flush draw. 6-7 players to the
river. I connect my straight on the river. A Mexican guy got a runner

6-7 players to the river？这在小NL即使如1/2这样的桌子上，也很少见，除非大家
一路都在check，稍微有点bet一半人就走路了。
L的问题是熬不起，时间长了，大家的运气是平均的。

发帖数: 839 | 3 离我近的赌场只有limit（3/6, 4/8, 6/12) ring game or no limit tournament 我原先也只玩NL 后来搬到这里才开始玩 看了很多书和论坛 自己也感觉是beatable 可是结果总是不太理想 又订了两本limit的书 再研究研究

for all the drawing hands, i hope you raised because you have higher pot
equity than everyeone else.
for AK hand, you need to use raise to protect your hand. If the pot is big,
call flop and find a spot to raise on the turn.

发帖数: 839 | 5 I re-read Ed Miller's book before this round. I did lead or raise the pot w/
draw for +EV 70% of the time. After 3-4 big pot got rivered in a row I lost
half of the stack I built up for the whold night, which did tilt me a
little.
The game is super loose. Need to figure it out.

and thats the only thing matters.

发帖数: 275 | 7 I think on a quiet table, you muscle them out - that's what you're good at.
On a hot table, even if you make the right move based on probability, you
still could lose due to bad luck. That's true for world champions, too. Look
at what Phil Hellmuth has been complaining all the time, "what I want is
average cards. A little below average is fine." LOL.

hope to hit a big hand. high cards and high pairs go down in value
in those pots unless you hit a trip.
