这个trick源自著名ID —— fufu (弗弗)的阿拉斯加游记。 当时他用的是：
www.argusrentals.com

some requires a notorized foreign driver license
even if they don't enforce it when you rent the car
your violation may void the contract and you may be responsible for all
losses if anything happens
so read all terms carefully and think twice before you do it

中国大陆地区的国际驾照都是假的
中国大陆根本没参加国际驾照

they do NOT need an international driver license
if your school can notorized the English translation of your chinese driver
license, it should be fine.
if you worry about it, you can always call the rental company
OK?
