交4.99，然后每分钟56c；或者就是79c。但是别人打给我，即使我不接电话也算钱！
data plan也很贵啊
有什么便宜的方法吗？

Besides the two options that lovealena mentioned, we can also sign up
for ATT Nation with Canada Plans. This option could be cheaper.
for example:
450 min/month plan, nation without canada is $40, with canada is $60. Call
ATT to schedule the switch from $40 to $60 the day before/on your traveling,
and call ATT to switch back when return. Say, vocation in Canada for a week
. Then the additional cost will be only (60-40)/4=6$.
