前不久已经被file了i-130，正在等被批准
估计再过不到一年可以file i-485，
这样的情况可以出境坐加勒比游轮吗？

spouse, she can be given a hard time questioning about her future plan with
you in the US. Or a nice CBP officer may not even ask any question. |

发帖数: 8496 | 7 It's the same. The chance of return is ok. but if CBP officer is picky, she
can face a hard time to convince officer that she does not intent to
immigrate during her stay in US. Why not try Puerto Rico, or San Diego,
also warm and no visa problem for her. |
