如果网上买了Saver或者Value的coach票，临时决定不坐，可以在出发前任何时候全额
改成Credit，用来买未来一年任何Amtrak票？
有没有额外费用呢？

Then I should always buy way before hand for Saver/Value, and in case change
of plan, just change it, assuming I'll always have a future Amtrak ride ?

Fares are classified into different fare categories (Saver, Value and
Flexible) based on common refund rules and restrictions for each category.
All fares within a category have the same rules and terms.
Saver Fares Saver Fares are the lowest available fares and include deeply
discounted offers (14-day advance purchase, flash fares, web only). Saver
Fares are non-refundable but can be canceled with the ticket value stored as
credit in an eVoucher that can be used for future Amtrak travel.
Non-refundable
eVoucher available: Full value, no fees.
If not canceled before the scheduled departure from the origin ("no show"),
the entire amount is forfeited and cannot be applied toward future travel.
The Saver Fare is not available on all trains and buses, and the number of
seats available on each service is limited. Senior, AAA, NARP, military and
Veterans Advantage discounts are not valid with Saver fares.
Value Fares Value Fares offer several refund options. Value Fare tickets are
fully refundable if canceled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled
departure from the origin but will incur a 20% refund fee if canceled less
than 48 hours prior to scheduled departure. Value Fare tickets can be
canceled with the ticket value stored as a credit in an eVoucher that can be
used for future Amtrak travel.
Refundable: Full refund if canceled 48 hours or more before departure. 20%
fee charged if less than 48 hours. Unreserved tickets incur 20% fee at all
times.
eVoucher available: Full value, no fees.
