malpractice suits were initiated for the same frivolous reason. Doctors are
afraid of getting sued, so they have to run all the unnecessary tests, which

1. do we have a problem on health insurance?
2. If UK/Canada/NorthEU-like system is proven to be better than ours, why
not copy for time being?
3. If insuranced, people will spend more, and people can take more
challenging job, there would be more home business owners, all are good to
our economy.
I personally know little about other proposals. My simple mind is look
around, find a good one to use before we invent a new one. I watched a few

without tort reform, this kind of lawsuits will just keep happening, so
those lawyers could make a lot of money, like John Edwards, who basically
single-handedly trippled the premium for certain insurance. Of course Obama
won't touch that, because that's where he gets his support from.

triggered me to write down my thought. I support common wealth, that's all.
I actully support McKain till he picked Perin. I dislike lazy people used up
