这是个很有趣的循环.
经济不景气,政府仍旧收重税,商业都凋零,不得不裁员.政府官员然后再拿着这些收来的
税,买他们自己的服务,美其名曰,拉动内需,创造了工作.
问题是,小商业应该是悲愤他们的税收,还是应该感谢政府给他们的工作?

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) spent $2,993 in taxpayer money on
flowers between June and October. Also spent roughly $30,610 in food and
beverage and about $2,740 on bottled water.

To be fair to Obama and Co though, this probably has more to do with
an overly powerful federal government (hence all the power to broker with),
than with any particular party in the power.
