• 一个州的财政不坏到要破产的边缘，是不会冒天下之大不讳而出此下策
的。
• 一个州的选民不被逼到墙角，是不会支持出此强硬的法律的。
就这么个要保护自己“合法居民”的法律，竟然能掀起轩然大波，简直荒谬。美国恐怕
是世界上唯一一个为了“非法移民”的利益，而严重损害自己“合法居民”的国家。这
“人权”的大棒，想不到也会落到自己头上，把自己揍个结结实实。
自己“合法居民”辛辛苦苦交的税钱，不能把自己儿女的学校建得更好，不能把自己的
社区建得更安全，不能把自己的社会福利建得更完善，还不能行使自己的权利保护自己
，简直匪夷所思。
自己是“合法移民”，没有一点好处。可是人家“非法移民”却有各种方法享受政府的
优待。人家“低收入”，人家比你牛。
比如，你交了一大笔税，可你孩子要是忘了带中餐，你孩子还得交4.5刀买那个小
burger加一小杯饮料。而人家“非法移民”家的小孩，天天吃这一样的中餐，而且还
是免费的。
人家一跨进这个国家，先不管三七二十一地生他三个四个五个六个的小孩，全上你的公
立学校，把你辛辛苦苦交的税，花去一大笔。
你问了，大家交了那么多

现在问题是：非法移民转正的已经太多了，他们反过来又支持其他的非法移民转正，已
经是恶性循环了。
其实假设如果把接壤的墨西哥换成中国，我也希望有几千万甚至1，2亿中国人偷渡过来。

nein, a lot of european countries are in much worse shape, France/Italy/
Spain by arabic immigrants, Germany by Turkish. they still fight for
illeagal immigrants' rights. yes, they are paying dearly for their socialism
now. no I don't think they are wrong. I do think that passing such law in
the US is -EV in the long run. I do think that passing such law is
shortsighted and inhumane.

首先，这个回复没有逻辑可言，事物没有可比性，一派胡言。
其二，我是一个不会有老婆的人，估计连我是男是女你都不知道。所以你这个我被带绿

if you look at longer term, eventually globalization (be it americanization
or idianization) is inevitable. US have probably been the most capitalist
country and been quite successful economically so far, but definately not
the most democratic nation. more democratic a nation/government gets, more
socilist it becomes, as most ppl will vote for their own benefits, not the

The issue is about people get benifits without working for it. Your beloved

this is true. But the welfare spending is huge. 24% of the fed government
budgets are spent on the welfare programs. Winding it down is necessary. I
only support the welfare checks for the children and people with disability.
Cancel other programs. Illegals are not qualified for the most of the
federal welfare program, except for WIC, women with <5 years old baby. Some
states have their own welfare programs that have no requirement for Social
soceruity number. so illegals can receive those benef

europeans pay tax, more so than americans. ppl get more benefits in europe,

You balance a budget by looking at two things: increase revenue or decrease
costs. Now California is doing the second because its hands are tied on the
first option, because it is impossible to approve it in a referendum.
Let's face it, Californa has a bad system of government. The government can
be run better when the state constitution is changed to allow the governor
to actually govern.

most of our compatriots here are probaly in the top 45% bracket. that's not
the point. you don't only vote for your own benefit, at least not 100%.

Netherland is pretty close to broke. it did in the 70s, but the North Sea
oil discovery saved them. The nordics, Norway has oil wealth, Swede, God

literiture, paintings, etc, that will be used in production/process to

What's your point? No people will be poor for good if he/she keeps WORKING
and LERNING hard in this country. Even Obama can make a president after a
long time efforts. When people are lazy, they fall into poor. Lazy here
means physically or mentally. The latter one may be more critical. A healthy

power to create a bigger cake for peoeple as a whole.

I totally agree that the wealth generation driver should be capitalism, or a
rather free market, but the distribution system should be more socialism to

out that total income of top 1% is ~35%. It is fair to me, top 1% pay 40%

最可怕的的是...这种非法移民导致人种下降。

贩毒的问题应该是联邦政府负主要责任吧，州政府根本没有能力和财力去做，AZ的陆地
边境是最适合劳模偷渡的，现在homeland security的头就是以前AZ的州长，对AZ的支
持也不小，但是还是没法减少这种现象，这个应该跟整个国家的政策有关，在这种情况
下，难道州政府就不作为？对待非法移民上，国家应该有个度，不可能完全放开，让人
随便来，也应该完全拒绝，美国毕竟是移民国家，现在这种环境，收紧非法移民政策是
对国家有利的，可是在联邦政府根本没法通过，那深受其害的AZ州政府就只能自己想办
法了。还有，AZ前两年就通过了法律，凡是雇佣非法移民的雇主都会被起诉和严厉处罚，这个比其他州都是严厉很多的，但是依然无法减少非法移民，所以才出台这个新政策，如果情况得不到改善，以后肯定会出台更严厉的政策。

Illegals immigrants are a plus for the US economy.
Drug trafficking increases the violence of Arizona. This law does nothing to
stop drug traffickers. Drug traffickers have loads loads loads of money to
buy any papers or bribe any officers to prove that they are legal. Drug
dealers have more legal documents than any body on this planet. Do not
forget drugs are $500,000,000,000 business.

此，更别说接受非法移民应该有个度，鼓励非法移民难道不是惩罚合法移民吗？
另外就算这个法律被严厉执行了，也最多能控制非法移民的增长，根本不能消除非法移
