you cant deny that Texas is one of the states with lower overall tax burdens
and they indeed have a much smaller state government comparing to CA

they just follow it through by requesting amazon to withhold it
in fact, they have set a good example by eliminating state income tax
I hope all the states follow this example

Tax or not, they found one way or the other to collect money. 30 years ago,
the online sale didn't even exist. Whatever law by which they try to
collect the money was introduced recently. Yes they can repeal that stupid
law.
