对于nyc而言，老巫婆当个市长还是可以胜任的，她的能力肯定胜过白思豪，还能搭上
bill过气总统的人脉，至少比现在的nyc市长强太多。。。
对于老巫婆而言，也算在死前给自己一个交代，至少混个纽约市长，在“前国务卿”，
“前总统候选人”的title基础上加个“纽约市长”还能挽回一点竞选总统失败的面子
