CEO Oscar Munoz as its top communicator of 2017, is backtracking on its
decision in the wake of his fumbling in the aftermath of the dragging of a
passenger off one of United's flights.
"It's fair to say that if PRWeek was choosing its Communicator of the Year
now, we would not be awarding it to Oscar Munoz," PR Week said in a
statement Thursday.
