outdoor water use, and water loss through leaks. The allowance for indoor
water is 55 gallons per person per day.
If the water agencies don’t comply they could potentially be fined, however
, the initial standards don’t take effect for another four years.
Also, water agencies are now allowed to limit individual water use or issue
fines under the new rules.

发帖数: 1957 | 9 左叉们一边嚷嚷为了三文鱼，一边阻止加州新修大坝，一边到处兴修下水措施，以前山
沟沟里还能存点水，现在是直接下水管道流到河里去了。所以导致加州越来越干旱，结
果却把加州7、80%的降水直接排入大海。不得不从别的州买水用，结果现在又要限制人
用水。总之无论哪方面，左叉都是“对”的 |
