unlocked t-mobile)
I believe the ones they got from MS store are locked. Huang Niu usually
unlocks the phone before putting it on ebay.

Generally speaking unlocking T-mobile phones is cheaper than unlocking ATT
phones.
T-mobile will unlock your phone if you buy the phone from them and use for
more than 90 days and add money within 30 days.

unlicked brand-new phone being listed there, including iphone.
If you want to buy Win-based phones, you may look at MS stores.
