For years I’ve been asked to say whom I really, really root for, down deep,
when I’m not acting as a professional journalist — Kentucky or Louisville
? OK, it’s finally confession time. The answer is…neither. Or both. The
truth is, I’m a Notre Dame fan.
I saw my first game in Notre Dame Stadium in 1968, when I was a novice
