中芯目前是量产28nm， 但即使28nm， 良品率也差一截，所以把曾经在台积电三星干过
的一个技术大佬挖过来，准备跳过21nm，直接量产14nm。
如果2019大家都量产成功，中芯和三巨头差距就由原来差3代（10nm/28nm)，到差2代(
7nm/14nm), 中芯的利润应该要增加不少.
上季台积电利润30亿美元；三星的foundry,根据本季ER, 21.11-17.94=3.17trillion韩
元，也是30亿美元； intel的利润，上季是80多亿美元。 相对于三巨头， 目前中芯就
算是喝点汤，上季利润是1亿多美元。 |

很好算，美国这么借债，很重要的原因是利率低，现在美国国债17trillion，奥巴马任
期结束前肯定过20个trillion，利率一旦回到长期均衡水平5%.一年利息1个trillion。
考虑到大多数债都是这两年以3%的利息借的，所以很长一段时间内，利息压力还是可以
承受的。
现在美国政府的revenue大约6个Trillion,利息压力不到20%，还凑合了。 |

deficit达到1.4 trillion，总负债17trillion。这是什么概念，就好像你去年收入10
万刀，但是居然借了卡债3万刀，总负债将近40万刀。不仅如此，前年，大前年也是一
样。
这种趋势，O8能抗得住么？ |
