1.北边中国城好学区，2br 2.1ba 全新townhouse， 16万3，一年HOA加property tax一
共接近7000走路到两个中国超市plaza，walmart，sam‘s club，估计开车段时间可以
到中国老人聚集的地方.但是离我家比较远，25-30分钟高速，高峰时间堵车
2. 我家附近差学区 （local 开车 5-10分钟），2br 2.1ba 1983年造的half duplex，
13万9，没有HOA，property tax 3800. 走路到walmart，JCpenny 所在的plaza和
target Kohl’s 所在的plaza，还有走路能到central market， cvs， tom thumb。走
半个小时可以到一片apt的公园和trail，也有不少中国老人在那边住。

short walk to K town，但是又挺安静，各种餐馆bar啥啥都有，最最最最重要的是，
有八九百尺那么大（目测，但是真的很大，绝对不是那种a hole in a wall，每个房间
放个queen size还绰绰有余），曼哈顿这地方真不多见，rent是3600+，想找个室友看
看能一起租下来最好。这个是broker介绍的，所以会有中介费，不过签两年约的话就不
用fee了。本人中城上班族，基本每天加班，泪...自认蛮大方好相处的，不斤斤计较，

1.一月（2016年）底可入住。租约到2016年6月30日，可续约。
2.这是一个multifamily的第二和第三层。第二层是2br, 1 bath,living room,kitchen
, dining den,sunroom 和一个很大的deck.
3.第三层是两个房间，没有暖气，现用作storage,不过也没有那么多东西放，所以一个
房间是空的。
4.取暖是用gas,现在还没有很冷，每个月的gas是$30左右。
5.一个garage parking, 另加一个offstreet parking.
6.一楼住一对小夫妻，没有小孩。
7.我一般中速走到Alewife是11分钟。天冷了还是要坐ｂｕｓ．走到ｍａｓｓ ａｖｅ
应该也就是５分钟。
８.所有租户都要做background check，所以即使楼下的人搬走又有人搬进来，也可以
比较放心。这个neighborhood很多人家有小孩子，是个安全的地方。

Woodbridge以北的不考虑。3月10号起租，租客是Florida调过来的军人，可以签一年
