1.一月（2016年）底可入住。租约到2016年6月30日，可续约。
2.这是一个multifamily的第二和第三层。第二层是2br, 1 bath,living room,kitchen
, dining den,sunroom 和一个很大的deck.
3.第三层是两个房间，没有暖气，现用作storage,不过也没有那么多东西放，所以一个
房间是空的。
4.取暖是用gas,现在还没有很冷，每个月的gas是$30左右。
5.一个garage parking, 另加一个offstreet parking.
6.一楼住一对小夫妻，没有小孩。
7.我一般中速走到Alewife是11分钟。天冷了还是要坐ｂｕｓ．走到ｍａｓｓ ａｖｅ
应该也就是５分钟。
８.所有租户都要做background check，所以即使楼下的人搬走又有人搬进来，也可以
比较放心。这个neighborhood很多人家有小孩子，是个安全的地方。
9. 房租是$2150/月。

吃很好，靠近H-mart， Jerry's，住得近的话每天去这两个菜市场挑新鲜的买。
住比Skokie， Wilmette便宜，但是比Des Plaines贵，2br/1ba 1000左右。
行的话，town里有免费的bus，几条东西向的主路都有pace bus。当然，你最好还是有
车，因为pace的频率和CTA还是不能比。 |
