因为供给满足不了需求了。那么原因是三家垄断降低供给涨价吗？答案是，有一部分，
但主要原因不是这个。
摩尔定律从18个月一代制程到现在大约24个月半代制程，技术进步的速度大幅下降。过
去在DRAM领域，每代制程大约能提供30-35%的bit growth，而这只需要一年半就能达到
，相当于各家厂商不加wafer产能就能每年增产20%以上。现在不加产能已经衰减到15%
左右，明年，1y的进度让人失望，那又是悲伤的一年。
技术进步速度下降，消费者（包括企业）长久以来被养刁了的胃口习惯于每年半导体价
格能下降30%，或者需求增长30%，那么缺口只能从追加产能去弥补。但新制程产品不但
贵、而且越接近极限良品率越难提升，生产一片wafer要的工序增加时间也在增加。
三星近期1y和1x同良率情况下bit growth还是有30%左右，但制造时间和成本增加，导
致性价比只提升了11%，而实际上1y的良率目前比1x低了不止11%，所以三星新建1y产能
和转换1x产能都delay。

2008年8月，海军陆战队第3飞机联队第39飞机大队第303轻型攻击直升机训练中队的
飞行员，在加利福尼亚州彭德尔顿营的一次限制性区域着陆训练中驾驶1架UH-1Y“美国
佬”直升机着陆。这个中队是海军陆战队中第一个为UH-1Y培训机组人员和维护人员的
中队。
美国海军陆战队正大力推进航空兵装备的现代化，直升机的升级只是其中一个组成
部分。海军陆战队目前装备的UH-1N “休伊”通用直升机和AH-1W “眼镜蛇”攻击直升
机是早在越南战争时代就投入作战行动的两型直升机。海军陆战队准备对它们实施大幅
度的升级改造，希望可以获得21世纪的作战能力。
海军陆战队直升机升级计划名为“H-1升级”计划，主要内容是大幅提高UH-1N“休
伊”通用直升机和AH-1W“眼镜蛇”攻击直升机的飞行时速、最大航程、飞行高度、负

露，五角大楼正在大幅增加空射激光制导火箭弹的数量，用于空袭并命中超过3公里范
围的移动目标。
报道称，先进精确杀伤武器系统(APKWS)让非制导的“九头蛇”70反装甲火箭弹具
备制导装置，使得直升机和固定翼飞机能够借助激光精确制导提升打击移动目标的能力。
美空军女发言人埃米莉·格拉博夫斯基对“勇士专家”网站说：“APKWS为F-16和A
-10等战斗机提供精确制导打击移动目标的能力，性能介于机炮和‘狱火’导弹之间。”
空军官员解释说，鉴于当前的全球形势，以及在伊拉克和叙利亚对“伊斯兰国”组
织的空袭行动，对APKWS的需求仍在迅速增长。
英国航空航天系统公司(BAE)刚刚收到一份经过修改的APKWS生产协议，计划增加生

1Y 3% on $5000, 最后实际上你只付了$150的利息，贷了1年期2万的款，手里还有3万
的现金，一个价值2万的戒指，当然了还有一屁股债。你再拿着3万的现金去投资去做

第二种情况就是Finance comes in play，每个人都更高兴了，你女朋友有了一个更大

资产：都在10+亿的水平。几个人的共性是创业经商15-20年，资产的膨胀速度是5年加
一个零，2000年前后也就1000万的水平。现在都不只做实业了，一个人投资在房地产，
另外一个成为地区商业银行的股东。

我去年拿到一个美国的offer，工资是长了不少。不过最后还是让我decline了。加拿大
有加拿大的好处。比如父母移民，以及移民之后的医疗保障。我基本上是从自己开始工
作到父母移民能够享受免费医疗所花费的时间来比较的。加拿大需时1y（工作）+2y（
自己移民）+ 5-7y(父母移民)。美国需时5-8y(开始工作到拿到绿卡）+5y（公民）+1y
（父母移民）。而且在美国即使父母拿到绿卡很多时候还需要住n年以上才能够享受医
保。我去年decline那个offer之前，在mitbbs上搜遍了全班，也没看到一个靠铺的父母
养老的方案。当然这个是我自己的经验，不排除例外。另外，美国医疗法规每个州都不
一样。我只知道东部的一些州很难解决，加州就不了解了。
前面有个哥们提到了多伦多上班堵车。不清楚为啥他提这个。多伦多没有人开车到
downtown上班的，都是地铁或者go train。就像NYC一样，那些bank里有多少人每天自
己开车去单位上班呢？

the two way checkback. Some call this XYZ.
It is very simple and easy to remember: after 1X-1Y-1NT, all invitational
sequences go through 2C, and 2D starts game forcing sequence. By doing this,
you only sacrifice the signoff of 2C after partner opens 1C, but gain much
more than this.
1X-1Y-1N, 2C forces a relay to 2D. Responder can pass the 2D, or if he bids
anything, that would be an invitation. This means you can play |

, whereas there are so many tools for 1x-1y-1N. I only get myself into that
sequence if I have extra shape or extra strength. When you have a minimum
without shape, and pd has a minimum gf, if you can't make 3NT, 5m is usually
way out too. Same thing, if I have a 6/7 card m, 6-3-2-2 or 7-2-2-2, I'll

不常见在我的记忆里面。
前面狗熊3rd down，中线处，杰小卡很好的40y长传，边线的jeffery已经完全把37号
shields 骗倒，自己完全可以cover这个球，结果big drop，杰小卡 抱头懊恼，右手胳
膊肘处鲜血触目啊。
我包开始进攻，本方23y，就开始玩命了，4th 1y，姜昆刚刚 run过了，也是岌岌可危
啊，当时时间还有4:40，比分27:28，进攻应该站起来了，不能依靠防守了，
接着又是3rd 4y，龙哥 看到机会，出了口袋，拼了老命的俯身飞奔，成功过了线，到
了35y，当时大家心里都是一紧，3:50，
接着又是4th 1y，龙哥传给了nelson，看着很低，都担心掉地了，但nelson还是成功接
住了，nelson真是非常非常的不错，全场表现很出色，那个int，真不是他的问题，是
龙哥传的有点高了。2:00，
这样到了50y，3次进攻，时间也耗到了 只剩下 45s，又是4th 8y，龙哥躲过了90号飞
