种作法使得留下来，并在北京流行开来，经过不断改进，大铁锅换成了精制的小铜锅，
调味品用中原的物产——芝麻酱、韭菜花、酱豆腐等，涮羊肉的滋味就更加鲜美了。大

1979年, 是大华府地区三个最早的爱国华人社团之一。首任会长是著名的美籍华人科学
家任之恭教授。在过去的30年里, 美京华人各界联合会为团结广大华人提高华人在美国
主流社会的和政治地位, 维护其合法权益,进行了不懈的努力,同时也为促进中美两国外
交关系的建立和友好发展，为增进中美两国人民之间的友谊, 为中国的现代化建设和祖
国的和平统一大业的实现，都做过重大贡献.
为此, 美京华人各界联合会将于10月17日(星期6)举行30周年庆祝大会,届时联合会
