把那种不切实际的或是百年难得一遇六合彩式的价格房上来让真正想买车的广大人群造
成困扰的才是真忽悠吧？
买车很简单，
用下面的计算公式
invoice（车行进价，kbb，edmunds可查）
+dealer adds（车行加级的配件，可以在网上查到配件价在加一个人工可以推算大概成
本）
+dealer pack(车行行话，你要问how much is your dealer pack，车行会认为你是懂
行的，指运营成本分摊在每一部车上的价格，包含场地费，水电费，员工工资什么的，
不要以为新车给你洗好车再给你是免费的，钱也算里面了，美国没有免费的东西。这个
钱总共一般几百块，和holdback差不多）
-incentive/rebate（车厂给的优惠政策）
然后乘本州的汽车消费税，可能和购物税不同
再加doc fee，title fee， license fee，registration fee 等于开走的价钱，
如果注册在外州，可以不交本州tax和lincense.
再减holdback（每卖出去一辆车行从车厂拿的反点，consumer report付钱后可以查,这
