是一个高级的社区，很多名人都住在里面，里面有自己餐厅，商店和bar。每天有免费
的shuttle往来North Quincy T station，到晚上mid-night，所以对于像我这样常加班
，又要坐地铁上班的人非常合适，尤其是冬天。从North Quincy到downtown 大概25分
钟。
房子是全新的，里面有washer，dryer，dish washer，还有其他厨具。2ba/2bd,每个房
间都有walk in closet。Utility我们自己share，但是heat是用gas的，所以不会太贵
。还有两个车位是免费的。
