Two people have been arrested at a refugee center in the Austrian city of
Salzburg on suspicion of being connected to last month's Paris attacks, the
Salzburg prosecutors' office said on Wednesday.
The two are men who are thought to have provided help to members of the
group that carried out the attacks on Nov. 13 in which 130 people were
killed, two Austrian newspapers reported.

if pass , basic take out all in law unit(no home owner will rent)
and at least 30% legal unit won't rent as well.
SF rental price will skyrock, as the result, sf house price will skyrock as
well.
time to buy SF's crapper area if the vote truely pass.
or near by area, like Daly City or South San Francisco!!
winner: home owner + bad renter.
loser: 80% of renter(good renter)

如果租客或者业主可以随便违背租约，还订立个p的租约？这个租约还有个p的法律效力
？以后还打个p的官司？
