今天早上broker通知我，说今天的利率是30年fix可以lock到4.375% with no point on
cost.于是我就赶紧lock了，大家觉得这个利率怎么样？我的贷款额是380k.我在CA。
请达人帮我算算这样下来，我每个月的payment是多少？谢谢了。 |

income A ＝ income B ＊ （１＋some ratio）。
比方说，chicago $100k ＝ mtv $190k
chicago $200k ＝ mtv $380k
这个model在一个比较低的收入是合理的，因为在那个收入水平收入基本花光，所以按
价格比是合理的。但在一个比较高的收入，人们有余钱存401k，存钱，以及各种投资。
那个时候，就算是alabama的１usd也只等于palo alto的１usd。一个稍微合理一些的
model是
（income A － 100k）＝ incomeB － 100k ＊ （１＋some ratio),
100k 算作是生活基本开销. |

than 500k because your CA tax bracket will be higher.
family with (AGI- morgate interest - donation) between 230K and 330K will be
hit hardest, since they are in 28% AMT rate (marginal rate is 35% though),
the exemption was reduced by around $29450, so the total tax increase will
be $29450 * .28= $8246.

QK is bullying here, not because of his hand value. He can call or fold.
If 1010 loses, it is a 200k$ call.

己试验把它们放大看看就清楚了。
不带1.4的话，放大到140%的话就能看到边缘呈锯齿状了，特别是那些房檐形成的黑影
。另一个例证可能是我尽量把两张截图弄得视野一致，结果一个380k，一个550K。同
之前对比一样，一样的拍摄参数，一样的截图软件。
现在愈发的感觉，如果我用的是300mm, 400mm这样的L定焦头就好了，这样40%的focus增加就会比较明显，现在增加80mm(或许还该*1.6 for APS-C)，not very appreciative。 |
