食从没有控制过，而且晚上很晚还吃很多。所以即使几乎天天运动（打网球，篮球）也
还是一直往上撺。最近开始严格控制饮食。
早餐：一碗豆浆＋一个鸡蛋＋一张13"菜饼
中餐：虾或鱼肉或者瘦肉＋一个苹果＋凉拌蔬菜，吃七八成饱
晚餐：一盘炒菜（没肉）＋半张菜饼（八点前吃完）
运动形式：慢跑＋偶尔网球

索与船上的操作工人相连，操作工人通过拉动绳索控制勺子的运动进行挖泥。当勺子里
装满了泥，便通过旋转杆将泥倒入小船另一端的小舱里，小舱装满后，工人驾船把泥运
走倒掉。随后，罗马工程师改进了这种挖泥船，他们把船建得更大，并建造了数百艘，
广泛运用于罗马帝国在各地的港口和河道的建设中。
1435年荷兰人发明了新型挖泥船，这种挖泥船用风帆驱动，船底安装了很多类似于犁形
状的设备，疏浚作业时，这些犁利用船的动力松动水下泥沙，松动后的泥沙被水流冲走
，这种挖泥船是现代绞吸式挖泥船的鼻祖。1520年，荷兰人又一次改进了挖泥船，他们
把这种新式挖泥船取名为 “泥磨”，这种船安装了一套循环旋转的链条，链条上是整

减去运营成本，这个租价大约每天进账1W出头，要大约10年才能收回买船的钱。 |

Look at the volumes the day before yesterday 41M and total shares are 32.77M
. Average price is a little bit more than 4$.
So I would say if you price is under 4.30$,you are fine.
It is not a good time to short because the MM will make out news to pump and
get out. |

PPC也算是。
Short Interest部分表达了FA里的负面因素。散户不应该一厢情愿地等待short
squeezing。正如以前哥说过GPRO：59买的可以全身而退，25买的不一定能活着回来。
没有纯TA，TA是FA的表达，正确与否，合理与否，取决于市场。但是好的FA最终一定会
用好的TA来表达，反之则不然。

1）AQXP（Aug 2015）第一天 +5.5倍，第二天再涨 4.35倍，两天暴涨 31倍。起动价格
$1.79，起动 Market Cap $41m， 23.46m outstanding, float 10.81m
2）KBIO（Nov 2015）第一周 +51.5倍，第二周再涨 1.5倍，两周暴涨 103倍。起动价
格 $0.44，起动 MC $6.9m，15m outstanding，float 不详。
这俩起动时的市值太小了，就算改动参数让我扫到了，我也不敢碰的。材料放这里，是
为了参考庄家的拉升底牌。 |
