17万名华人移民中，有42%、即7万2000人是以政庇为由成为合法永久居民，中国并占首
20个国民寻求美国难民或政庇身分人数最多的国家第一位。
纽约市城市规画局18日公布第五份「最新纽约人」(Newest New Yorkers)报告，这
份235页的报告最早1992年发表，针对移民申请绿卡的部分以2002年至2011年的人口普
查数字作统计。报告指出，美国在2005年移除对每年透过政庇申请绿卡的限额，在纽约

中42名台籍成员今天（8日）晚间遭遣返，由于未查获犯罪事证，台警方讯问后将嫌犯
请回。台当局“刑事局”表示，仍将组项目小组进行调查。
台“刑事局”今天晚间表示，依据“驻土耳其代表处”电报指出，5月28日，土耳
其警方查获台湾籍嫌犯52人。这些人疑似在土耳其从事不法工作，土耳其随即进行调查。
“刑事局”表示，其中10名台籍嫌疑人因为犯罪事证明确，已经进入土耳其后续司
法调查程序。其余42人因为未查获犯罪事证，被土耳其以违反移民法逾期停留为由驱逐

“55寸”的电视到底是什么概念？估计很多人都很难回答这个问题，但认真的孙先
生回家测量并计算了，结果发现他买的“55寸”电视只有“42寸”……
“55寸”电视测量后只有“42寸”
2014年11月16日，孙先生在宝鸡商场公园路店闲逛，发现店内正在进行TCL电视大
促销，他看上一台“55寸”电视机，花了4599元买回家。
电视安装好后，孙先生总觉得不太对劲，电视似乎不够大，于是他测量了电视机的
实际对角线，长度为140厘米，按一寸约等于3.33厘米换算，也就是说买回来的这台电
视只有“42寸”左右，而非商家标注的“55寸”。
“这明显属于欺诈。”孙先生是西安消费维权联合会的一名志愿者，觉得应该用法
律武器维护权益。孙先生查询后得知，宝鸡商场曾因销售电子产品宣传不规范，长度计
量单位使用“寸”，已被宝鸡市工商局给予罚款并责令停止违法行为的行政处罚。
于是他将宝鸡商场有限公司告上法庭，要求法院依法判令商家退还货款4599元并三
倍赔偿13797元，承担诉讼费260元。

新华网上海11月15日电（记者杨金志）新华社记者获悉，截至15日当晚10时，上海
胶州路大楼火灾已经导致42人遇难。有关部门正连夜加紧调查更加确切的人员伤亡情况
和火灾原因。
15日下午2时15分许，上海静安区胶州路728号的一幢28层民宅发生严重火灾。火灾
发生后，上海公安、消防、卫生、应急办等部门立即出动，赶赴现场处置，展开灭火救
援工作。消防部门接警后立刻出动25个消防中队、百余辆消防车投入战斗，并紧急疏散
救助附近居民百余人。
这场大火于当晚6时30分被基本扑灭。消防人员及时进入火灾现场，逐层收拾残火
，仔细搜救各楼层内的居民。被搜救到的人员被立即送往上海的华山、华东、静安区中
心医院等多家医院抢救。目前，上海静安区委、区政府已将受这起严重火灾影响的居民
安置到附近宾馆，并落实了食宿等问题。
