前），即日起可看房。与两个台湾女生共用洗手间和厨房，房租$460/月，外加水电煤
气网络，约$70/月，总共$530/月。房间有大床，桌子和空调可以便宜转让。
公寓在52nd Ave和Justice Ave处，一分钟步行到地铁RM的Grand Ave站，半分钟走到金
麟超市，8分钟步行到Queens Mall & Queens Center，各种风格餐馆均在步行范围。
房间不靠马路，窗外有庭院，晚上非常安静。
