这个过期日期是填写B2签证的有效期，还是填写I-94表上的最多的滞留日期？
2. part 3. processing information
question: I request that my current or requested status be extended until(mm
/dd/yyyy)???
申请延期，最多可以申请延长半年吗？（比如第一次入境的日期是4月1日,2010年，海
关给了半年滞留期，然后申请延期，是不是可以申请延长到3月31日2011年呢）
3. part 4 additional information
describe how you are supporting yourself. Include the source, amount and
basis for any income. |

2015年12月，Vermont转到了California。
等啊等，昨天刚看到California Service Center的进度，J category的还停
留在08/12/2016。过去的四个月居然没有一点进展，一直停在08/12/2016。
EAD过期，已经失业一个月了。已经找了Ombudsman，找了congressman，都说是USCIS
refused to expedite，说在USCIS的processing time frame。
国内最早可以约到7月初的签证。不过USCIS也已经马上要处理到09/2015了。
是回国签呢，还是再继续等？
找移民律师有没有用？
有没有了解USCIS转身份的大侠？拜谢！ |

的是3年的stay, 离过期还有相当一段时间呢。
现在LD要换工作，新公司要提交他的H1 transfer，刚才居然发信让我file Form I-539
, 我发现那个form是给application for extention or change of non-immigrant
status填的， 是不是HR搞错了，她们可能以为我现在的status不是H4??? |

I-539表中Part 1最后一项expires on是指B2 签证的过期日期（我父母的签证是明年1
月过期），还是指I-94上写的留美日期（9月9号）？
Part 3中第一项 （we request that my/our current or requested status be
extended until）一般怎么填？直接填延期6个月的日子吗？还是填写他们回程机票上
的日子。
另外因为我给他们订的回程机票是1月的，会不会影响他们的申请？交材料时必须交机
票的复印件吗？可不可以不交？
