There used to be two churches on Fremont Ave.
One across Walgreens was between Mary Ave & Hollenback and had a fire 5
years ago. Someone developed & sold it in 2011. The 6BR units sold only over
a million. The schools are cherry chase, SU middle, Homestead HS. I guess
the builder must be regretting now.
The other is across Fremont HS (corner of Cordilleras Ave). It's open house
this weekend so let me check out the price.
