他们不可能不让退货的

看，鞋底有一个差不多1 inch的钉子！估计是钉的时候没有敲进去，在写外面完全看不
出来，靴子又很深，受伤是必然的事情了……
现在肯定要要求refund了，但是脚已经被扎伤，简单消了一下毒但不知道会不会有破伤
风的可能……应该如何要求他们进行赔偿？来美一年，第一次网购遇到这种事情，实在
不知道如何处理……6pm似乎周末还没法打电话申诉，很怕万一真有什么事情都来不及
……

，而且还涂的很不均匀，好多地方都能看到黑色，皮质也很粗糙。从官网上没找到这款
，怀疑是假的。可是退货还得付运费，郁闷！这是第一次也是最后一次从6pm买东西。
