除了那个大三居真正有人抽之外，其他的都没有人抽
而且大三居只有两家人二选一。我们抽中最后没要。
在我们看来m那个model home的问题是
1。舒适问题。紧挨着jackson，吵。dual pane window也挡不住。
2。安全问题。将来为了小区的look会把fence拆掉，这样小孩子很容易跑到大路上。很
危险。
3。value问题，一个是TH不值那个价，其次是model home built的时间是2010还是2011
年，然后2015年你当新房子入住，将来卖的时候只能按2010年的算，value会跌。 |

等到啥时候不犹豫了，就算是买到理想的了。当然budget是个问题，每个人的想法都是
会慢慢变化的。
我的买房经验是：错过每个下offer的房子的时候，都觉得可惜。觉得miss掉了最好的
房子。可买到现在的房子的时候，再回头看看之前的房子，觉的还是现在的房子最好:) |
