经理override都无法解决。
Dallas的AA客服权限非常大，一旦砍掉账号票就作废了，只不过不显示而已。

types of offers to hold onto the card.... below are the options I was given
, YMMV. I held out on both phone calls until the very end to get the best
deal I could. The key here is to call far enough in advance of your annual
fee hitting so it makes waiting for the free miles less stressful
Option 1: $85 credit to the account, basically no annual fee
Option 2: 3000 free Aadvantage miles (2500 for the CitiBusiness)

Depending on how many email subscriptions you already have with AA.com, you
can get up to 3,000 AAdvantage miles for signing up. If you already
subscribe, try modifying your preferences and you should get some miles. It'
s not very many, but it's account activity so it'll keep your miles from
expiring...

我以前是AA的金卡会员（有收到单独的金卡），但是那张卡上的日子过期了。
这个卡是几年前申请的，现在已经没有这个新卡申请了。所以找不到这个卡的reward
program。打电话给citi他们也说的不清不楚的。
现在这个卡只有citibusiness可以申请：

没有24 months open or close限制，但是existing AAdvantage account customer is
not eligible。
这个卡年费50，首年免年费。
我现在有AAdvantage platinum，本来打算明年3月开始churn（那时候正好开卡两年）
，但觉得明年3月也不一定有好offer。这个gold卡感觉非常心动，我是等明年3月以后
churn卡还是现在关platinum申请这个gold，求问大家会怎么选择？
