faculty来说可以算是很牛B了，但是对于老方这种senior的已经搞了一辈子的人来说，
就只能算so so。不要说是院士，离aps fellow的级别也还差了不少。引用率最高的一
篇文章还是95年到了arizona之后跟老外合作的，被引118次，这也是方唯一一篇被引用
上百次的文章。可见方励之89之前确实没有做出过什么重要的工作，他的名声和地位绝
对是靠政治得来的，当然其中部分的也是80年在中国搞科普所得，必须承认科普工作也是
有重要的社会意义的。
(BTW，有人说你这个搜索未必完整。不错，确实不能保证100％毫无遗漏。但是我

for any abnormalities or mass/tumor. it could be painful but if you relax
your muscles and take nice deep breaths as directed, it will be much better.

a pap smear. that detects abnormal cervical morphology. still, if nothing
ever entered your vagina, and you are <40 years old, and no one in your family
has ever had cancer, you can explain this to the doctor and refuse this part
of the exam. |

杂音is caused by anatomical abnormalities that you either were born with or
were acquired from endocarditis (心膜炎). in either case, it can only be
surgically fixed. the surgery is not perfect and has its own risk. no
surgery is recommended if you have no symptom.
but you can have a baseline echocardiogram to see how bad the abnormality is.
you may need to take antibiotics if you go for certain dental work. if you

TSH is very sensitive. If you are hyperthyroidism symptoms positive, your

大致情况是去年初生了老二之后，在月子里有一天吃了朋友送的酒酿之后当日小腹疼，
拉稀，之后断断续续一直这样时好时坏。因为哺乳所以没吃药。后来家里给寄了一些叫
“思密达”的粉状药说可以缓解症状吃了很多。到去年入秋突然有一晚胃疼的直不起腰
，去看了primary physician，作了血检，什么也没查出来，而且到了那就不那么疼了

患者44岁，男，6年前因为肝癌做了肝移植 （符合米兰标准），之后无灾无病好几年。
去年2016年初发现轻微贫血，血色素12，因为当时在服小剂量阿司匹林，于是停服，看
看有没好转。托托拉拉到了年底，还是贫血，血色素10.5。医生说做个内镜。于是在胃
内发现一个肿瘤，内镜医生直觉是GIST。随后CT，但CT却没有异常。4月初第二次胃镜
，GIST依然还在，取样活检表明可能肝癌转移或者是非常罕见的HAC。第二次CT 报告大
小46x35mm，说比较第一次32mm变大了。可能第一次看片医生那天喝多了？肿瘤位置在
Fundus，非常接近GOJ。
AFP好久没有查了，因为肝上的情况一直很好，肝移植前AFP 100多，移植后AFP一直小
于2。上一次至少是2，3年前。也是疏忽了。现在AFP 254. 显然胃上这个要么是转移，
要么是HAC。
下周二医生还要安排一次PETCT，周三见外科医生，估计排除转移外就安排切除了。 求
这里的专家教授指点，这个情况如何是好？下面我贴上最近几个报告。

今天在医院的网站上看到说:如果 abnormal pap smear, 但是HPV是NEGATIVE的话,一般
先首先 re-pap, 然后结果还不好的话再coloscopy
我明明记得护士给我电话的时候说, HPV is negative, which is good.那为什么我的
医生还要给我作coloscopy阿？这么一想心理很不安阿~~~

have abnormal cells, which you have done in your first pap. If both are
negative, it is good. otherwise you still need further examination.
Colposcopy is not hurt at all. Your OB just check you cervical under
colposcopy to find out any visible changes in your cervical. If your OB see
any abnormal change, she will take a small piece of the tissue (biopsy) for
histology diagnosis, which will tell you the stage of the disease. |

发帖数: 1400 | 40 今天看医生，约的中午一点，所以12点45要到，想着也没多一会，看完了再吃午饭好了
。等医生的功夫，lg让我吃了两块很小很小的点心（1x1x0.5cm/piece).见了医生，他
说测个血糖吧，饿不饿都没关系。我就去lab了，lab那个黑大妈问我什么时候吃的东西
，我说早上；刚刚吃了非常非常light的snack,他说那可不行，要fast2小时，实际我当
时已经有点饿了，就跟她说医生说不需要fast，她说需要，就又让我等了20分钟（此时
距我吃点心已经一个多小时了）。然后喝糖水，等一小时，抽血，黑大妈说你的结果不
正常，我说多少，她说140，我说正常多少，她说135！然后就约了下周测3小时血糖。
气死了!我觉得就是因为我今天over fasting才会有这样的结果！讨厌死了！怀孕以来
一直都很顺利，很健康，怎么会血糖高呢？！最可恨的是黑大妈说我的结果abnormal!
我恨这个词！当时恨不得跟她说，你才abnormal!而且我要是不问她结果多少，她根本
就没有告诉我的意思，就一句，你被fail了！气死了气死了！ |

老婆凌晨开始，胃忽然很疼
然后不时地呕吐
去了ER, 作了尿检，血液检查，还有CT scan
另外挂了1000ml的水，加了很多止痛药
医生说，根据检查结果，他不知道什么原因
看起来正常
现在刚从ER出来
止痛药大概药性已过，老婆又开始呕吐
从ER那边要来得copy件显示
AST 43 high
LYMPH% 8.6 low
GRAN% 84.2 high
LYMPH# 0.9 low
GRAN# 8.3 high
GLUCOSE 123 HIGH
pH 8.5 abnormal
Protein *30mg/dL abnormal.
请教有没有学医的同学，能否给点建议
ER的医生，没有给任何具体的建议和意见 |

这个要看你们俩的染色体有没有问题吧，如果父母染色体都正常的话，那 不太好说，
如果是从父母一方继承的话，应该没大问题。

caused by the doctor. But it is unfair for patients to undergo unnecessary

我当时也被那些医学检测弄的很烦恼。所以很理解MM。
我找了GENETIC EXPERT做了咨询。我建议你做咨询之后在羊穿，我始终认为羊穿是比
PROGRESSIVE的做法。作为母亲，这个时候自然不想孩子有问题。
如果技术还是跟我当年差不多，那应该是四个因子。其中一个是宝宝脖子的厚度，三个
是血因子。
如果有三个因子都是NORMAL，只有一个因子处于非常ABNORMAL的范围，那假阳性的可能
性就很高。比如我女儿，脖子的厚度ABNORMAL，其他三个因子正常，虽然医生仍然是给
我那几个无聊的建议（终止妊娠，继续妊娠，羊穿，ETC）。我后来选择什么都不做。
20周那次会再次大B超，也会很详细，其实如果宝宝真有什么问题，B超还是多少可以看
出来的。
跟医生一样，我们同样不能给你建议，只是经历告诉你。

family doc said it means I am back to normal and doesn't have diabetes.
However the abnormal GTT means I have the diabete gene so I need to keep
exercise and diet.
I will call diabete doc next week for his opion.
Any one has the similar result as mine? |

本来想update到原帖，不过写了长了点，而且原帖页数太多了，就新开了个帖子。
多谢大家的关心，没想到有那么多的祝福，我实在很感激：）不能一一道谢，等明后天
我空一点就发包子。
其实也没啥好说的，今天没有再做血检，血液科的医生说，目前为止认为是infection
引起的，因为她身上没有任何rash，没有其他症状，能吃能睡能拉，精神也蛮好，也没
有再发烧，含氧量和心跳一直都是正常的。指标一下子不会回去，一般要5天左右，所
以约了下周一的clinic，再验一次。隔几天验一次，验到好为止。如果持续的low，那
就是别的问题了。
我没看到具体的单子，但是我问过医生，她说现在中性粒细胞大概在总白细胞的10%左
右。正常的话是50%-70%。其他的指标医生也没有提，我也姑且认为是没有问题。
据他说，这个情况跟mmr和flu shot都没有任何关系。所以还没给娃打mmr的姐妹也不用
特别担心吧。
