APC，全美最大independent，业务范围都在北美，几乎都是石油。acquisition少。
APA，全美第二大independent，业务范围全球，澳洲业务很好，石油，天然气各一半，
acquisition多。
DVN，非常大，业务范围北美，天然气比重巨大。
3者的dividend都很相似。
这3个中，只有APC在这波行情中异常稳定。APA和DVN暴跌。
天然气的价格看，跌之前曾经去过2.8，现在3.8，不觉得太低。

油77，APA 80，NOV 60，SLB 60，什么GPOR都是当时的最低点，现在不知道去了哪里了

油价再也没有去过77，可惜APA已经在70几了。
天然气,一直都在涨，价格大家自己看，可惜APA还是在70几。
这里有2个理由：
1，人为的压制，在chk涨幅的初期，是有很多news放出来的，基本就是鼓励长call
spread，全人类都觉得天然气要涨，所以它能涨么？不能，对吧？
2.price in already了，80的APA里面有investor对NG 4快的expectation，所以破灭了
就要去70

是plug跟relion之间对赌吗？如果价格太高的话，相信plug会卖掉53万股然后现金支付
，这样结果对plug是好上加好；如果太低的话，plug还要额外支付现金，这样对plug来
说是最糟糕的，恐怕MM也不愿意这么操作，因为向下的空间不是很大。所以plug目前应
该不会让股价低于7.54吧。53万股相当于日均的1/10，现在市场消化掉应该还是很容易

涉及到诸多方面：
首先，Due Diligence并没有做好，到事发前一周才发现Philidor，今天两封态度截然
不同的邮件更是彰显此刻比尔内心的挣扎。
其次，Bill Ackman对该公司的商业模式过分自信，根据其在sohn conference上的
presentation 来看，他当时给出了16*16=256（有一个16是预估的CASH EPS）的估值，
相比现在70+，的确让人大跌眼镜。
Bill Ackman在PPT中的对比，主要是列数了平台型的Valeant 和传统药企的区别，认为
Valeant的属性更像是一个hedge fund, portfolio较为多样化，因此能分散风险，同时
，由于可以直接收购Phase III阶段的药企，这样实际上FDA审查的阻力会小很多。另外
自己几乎等于砍掉了R&D方面的支出，省了一笔钱，在收购完之后也能砍掉原公司大部
分的研发部门方面的支出，岂不爽快？
当然，Bill 没把话讲完。
