Even Satya has bigger chance than this guy.
It's probably true MS wants to buy Netflix, to strengthen the video service.
But since it's losing ground on mobile front, these acquisitions won't help

. It won't help to distinguish WP/W8 platform.

用FPGA实现一个data acquisition system, 然后real time display on computer 还
有 real time control (using matlab or labview).
我有8到16个input channel,声音信号,通过A/D,送进FPGA,在FPGA里把这些数据进行
phase delay control 以及叠加,再进行一些其他计算,比如傅立叶变换转换成频域信号
等等. 要求是,时域信号和频域信号,各个channel信号以及叠加的信号,都要在电脑上实
时显示,也要实现实时control.
小弟新人,一点都不懂,老板也是一点都不懂,但是非要我做这个.跟他提过说想买个DAQ
card,都解决了,用起来也方便,一来嫌贵,二来说没必要, |

Not all merges/acquisitions result in success, that's why there are spreads,
plus the opportunity cost. Given the flooding of cheap money on the market,
there will be plenty of acquisitions this year and next year, should have
plenty of opportunities. |

我觉得所谓高科技企业。趋势比企业重要。
行业起来了挡也档不住。这就是造化了。简单的例子是3PAR。年初有人和我说起过3PAR
会被HP收购。特意写过文章。我当时连3PAR的名字也不知道。WK
他是业内人士是专门研究存储行业的。
我是知道收购后才醒悟。原来cloud computer三阶段。其中最主要是cloud storage.
所有移动商务都是建立在cloud computer基础上的。无论是public or private!
所以在高速发展行业趋势比企业重要多了。可以不看企业不看任何看趋势。
还有个例子是illumina收购solexa这jay flatley自己在采访中也说过。原来solexa是
没收入没资产就是一个概念。但是solexa成就了illumina
