我刚搬到某CONDO的Apt 1, 这个房间的前一个住户搬到了同一个CONDO的Apt 4,我跟她
都姓WANG，她搬家前去邮局Update了她的new address，我去年来美国，从来就没在邮
局登记过地址，结果这两天我在网上买的很多书都被寄到了她家。
请问这种情况，我要到邮局update address吗？我从来都没在邮局登记多地址啊，怎么
办呢？

My company just start fact gathering for my h1b visa application. However,
I have not relocated to where my company is yet. So I am kind confused what
I should use as my home address. I have not find the apartment in the place
that I will work yet. It is probably not a good idea to use my current
address. SHould I use the company's address instead? BTW, I have not started
work yet.

I Efiled I-140 and sent the package, I907, and a check to the address on the
Receipt. I realized the address was wrong.
I contacted four customer representatives last week: 2 told me the address
was wrong, the others told me it was right. Anyway, I just waited.
On Friday night, USCIS updated my information to PP. (it was supposed to be
upgraded on Thursday).
Lesson Learnt:
1. Follow I-907 instructions;

目前和LD异地，因为想file 485的时候用同一个地址，希望这样能避免IO的混淆，同时
可以在同一个地方finger print。现在的问题是如何把LD的名字加到我的mailing
address上同时又能保留LD原来的mailing address? 也就说让LD同时有两个mailing
address.
请有经验的版友指点一下？

We didn't know that we were supposed to file change of address form. We
filed 485 at old address and renewed EAD, AP with new address without any
problem.
Will it be an issue that we never filed change of adderss form? Thanks!! |

八月份左右就要搬过去。
1.不知道绿卡/ead/ap是不是按照485上的current address邮寄？担心由于我几个月后
搬家，收不到这些，想把current address写lg那里，请问这样可以么？
2.我现在填写lg公司律师给的一个online questionnaire。他们会根据我填写的内容，
帮我来填485.我看在这个questionnaire中，要求写前五年的地址以及对应的起至日期
。我如果把lg的地址写成我的current address,我自己现在的地址的“to date”怎么
处理合适呢？我如果说这个是previous的地址，to date 只能写比现在早的时间，算不
算fraud啊？ |

最近搬家（CA），上DMV网站更改地址，其中DRIVER license地址更改成功，但是

address更改失败，提示“The vehicle information entered does not match DMV
records”。
求教如何获知现有DMV的records？我是按照去年买车时title上填的。
另更改vehicle address是必要的吗？是否也要搬家10天以内更改？
如果在线修改失败是不是寄dmv14表格或者去dmv office？ |

是paypal仍然显示eligible for seller protection。感觉很奇怪于是打电话给paypal
客服，被告知如果是ebay transaction，即使address paypal unconfirmed仍然
eligible for seller protection，如果不是通过ebay的话就必须ship to confirmed
address。
这个是最新的规定还是老早就有了我火星了？ |

for personal email address is com.apple.AddressBook.plist,
copy this one and it works. |

3GB user/1GB kernel。
1GB kernel virtual address space跟物理内存是1-to-1的map。对user virtual addr
做virtual --> physical 转换是也是转到一个kernel virtual addr再到physical
memory。
那这样不是只能用到1GB physical memory，如果有更多
的就用不到了。windows也有这个机制，好奇这样的话不是加内存都没用？大牛给解释
