My H1B got approved and it starts 10/01/2010. And I'm moving in early June.
Can I change my address at USCIS online as early as in May? For the AR-11
form, I have a question:
"I am in the U.S. as a
(1) Other
(2) Permanent Resident
(3) Student
(4) Visitor"
It seems that I have choose (1). Is that right?
Also to specify "other", should I say "work" or " |

The I-131 mailing address changes. Anybody mailed the I-131 to the old
address and got approved?
My case: 3/15/2010 Efiled 3/20/2010 got receipt. 3/31/2010 got LUD.
The problem is that I mailed the supporting materials to the wrong P.O.Box
number.
The one should be PO852685, I mailed to PO851182. Anyone have similar
situation as me? |

Yesterday, I changed my address online after moving. In the evening, there
is a LUD on my 485 case.
Is that for the updating my address or the IO is actually looking at my
files?
Please give your opinions.

I changed the home address 2 days ago, and there were LUD for all of my
pending cases related to I-485 yesterday. Did changing address cause LUD? or
somebody started to look at my cases? We submitted I-485 in May and nothing
happened yet after FP in July.

cases (EB1-b). My 140 case is pending with the Texas Service Center.
The I-907 instruction states: "... send Form I-907 to that USCIS Service
Center at the previously noted address." So it should be the address on the
same page (and listed below), right?

I mailed my documents for I-140 from application to the address as "USCIS
Texas Service Center P.O. Box 852135, Mesquite, TX 75185 ", on 09/16/212,
the UPS delivery tracking showed the package was delivered on 09/17/2012,
but the money has not withdrawed, nor the receipt letter received. I am
afraid that the mailing address is not correct, maybe the package will be
returned. If anyone has the similar experience.

I140表part4，provide the person's foreign address,我填写了父母老家的地址。
最近准备G325，里面要提供applicant's last address outside the united states
of more than one year, 看上去需要填写出国前最后一个超过一年的地址，那就是学
校的地址，这样和我140填写的foreign 地址就不一致了，不知道会不会有什么问题？

to keep the confirmation number for each member (if you change for your
family). In about 2-3 weeks, you will receive letter(s) from USCIS
indicating your change of address. |

is moving into your old place. Another option is to call USCIS to confirm
the address change with them. I don't know if that's going to help
preventing them sending the card to old address or not.

我４月２８号搬的家（我还在同一个城市），５月１号就在USCIS的网站上更新了地址
。上周五收到USCIS关于我改地址的confirmation letter.
刚刚查我４８５的状态，从Initial review变成Request for Evidence 了。是不是因
为我改地址的事情呀？我还需要出示什么证明吗？
我给律师发了封信。我们公司的律师是极其不付责任，极其讨厌的。我根本不想指望他
们。所以上来问问有此经验的人。谢谢。
