appeal reviewer的意思是，被editor拒掉的稿子，作者不服气，向editor申诉，那么
editor就发给我评判给出判决。
adjudicative referee的意思是，已经有两个审稿意见，但遇见相反，editor找我来给
仲裁。
我的问题是，如何用英文吹嘘这两种审稿人比 普通的审稿人 强、牛？
比如：

牛。

今天又去infopass一次。
结果是 Background check， name check clear。 Visa available。 adjudication
ready。
请问啥是 adjudication ready？
officer说，1月变成pre adjudication 一次，然后又变成现在这个状态。上一次被动
是4月6号。 我以为，这就是快要批了的赶脚，但officer又说还没有分给IO，还在
shelf上。
现阶段怎么能加速呢？我联系了我们区的议员，结果小米今天打来电话说7月2号以
后的case他们没法帮忙。现在这adjudication ready阶段，如果搬个家，能绿吗？
眼看就要排期了，不淡定。。。 刚看到，我的号前两个FP fee was received的485今
天批了。。

officer但是还不能确定啥时候给结果。让等着，如果三十天没消息，可以再联系。就
想请问版里的达人，这是不是模版回复啊？里面提到的信息倒是挺具体，说是在3月16
日assigned. 但这又说30天后没结果再联系。马上就到四月了，又要重新排期。三十天
后没结果再催也不可能给绿啊。

从达拉斯到休斯顿去玩超速吃了罚单，IH 610限速60开74（警察在罚单
上标注说实际上有80）。因为早几个月已经吃过一张所以不能再去学习
班了。琢磨着保险反正要涨，不如硬着头皮上法庭申辨碰碰运气。但是
仔细看了一下罚单后面的小字，我发现有一条选择可能对我更有利。这
一条叫Deferred Adjudication. 其解释是：如果法官同意，你的罚单可
以被取消。这取决于你的记录以及法官开出的条件。（另外几种选择是：
1.上学习班，一年只能一次；2.降低罚款，由法官掌握；3.照单全付。
得到这些选择的前提是认罪。）但是，我并不知道能不能得到Deferred
Adjudication. 罚单上还写道，如果要辩无罪，要在指定出庭时间出庭，
或其两个工作日之前到法庭改时间。于是我提前几天去了法庭。经过安
全检查到窗口见clerk, 问能不能给Deferred Adjudication,打的主意是
给就认罪，不给就不认。回答是要上法庭，由prosecutor决定。我说指
定的日子我来不了，能不能改日。回答是可以，查了一回儿，给了我两

进行 Adjudication 的审理。和前面几个步骤不同，Adjudication 和 WD 是紧密结合
，密不可分的。不象前几个步骤那样，分属不同的 stage. 申请在 VO 的手中，叫
Adjudication；回到了调度室，就是 Workload Distribution. 看下吧 觉得这个可以

application is currently pending and has been pre-adjudicated. Final review
by an officer is dependent upon approval of the Form I-140 as well as visa
availability based on your category and priority date. Please keep your
mailing address current to avoid missing any correspondence or notices.
查了一下，貌似pre-adjudicated 的意思是在等visa number，可我是EB1啊。。。看到
有人说是IO把他的类型错误算成了EB2？有人收到类似回复吗？

Called in Sept, was told to wait 180 days after transfer before contacting
USCIS regarding my case
LD's RD 5/23, routed to NSC from the Dallas Lockbox
I just called USCIS and asked to speak to a level-2 officer. The officer told me
that my case is Pre-adjudication on Sept 28.
Then I pass the phone to my LD and let him speak to the officer, his case is
at the same status.
Does anyone know if Pre-adjudication means approval soon??

在他们官方网站上，说"pre-adjudicated"是在等visa number. 但我们是EB1类，不是
一直有名额的吗？是不是他们搞错什么了。。。我的485是8月20多号的RD.

RFE. However, the file has now been assigned to a supervisory adjudications
officer. I reached out to that supervisor this morning to convey the
congressional interest in the case. 什么是supervisory adjudications officer
？跟发RFE的officer有什么不同？是发RFE的officer的supervisor吗？那是不是发RFE

Four month back I made a request to get a copy of my A-file and all records
from USCIS. I got a CD disk with my A-file where I found some interesting

he updated my mailing address. I am going to call them today again to see

Try taking an Info-Pass appointment or calling customer servicer# and try
talking to L2 officer. Ask if your case has been pre-adjudicated or not.
I first tried calling the L2 officer, didn't help. Then took the info-pass
appointment and finally got lucky. The lady told me that my case has been

这个是指之前我的材料就是被搁一边，根本没处理，是吗？
从assign an adjudicating officer到绿大概多长时间？
我这个情况是不是也被错认为EB2了？
我的I140十二月approve, 看样子也被错当成EB2，所以材料又被搁在一边不看了。

assigned to an officer。比较奇怪的是2周前的SR response说"You case is
currently under review by an officer. You should receive a decision,
correspondence or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this
letter"，那么是否可以认为SR的时垃圾回复，case根本就没有assigned to an
officer呢？
另外这个pre-adjudicated是指everything is ready只要visa number一avaialable就
可以approve还是说还在to be reviewed by an officer呢？
话说移民官还是比较Nice的，帮着打出来律师做的SR的回复的原件（律师只是告知了一

waiting for a visa number to become available. Once that happens, your case
should go through the process faster since it has already been reviewed. I

further examination”，让他们等30-45天再查询。这是case根本就没有assigned to
an officer的意思么？
当时没想起来问是什么原因returned to adjudicating officer，只是问了一下我接下
来该怎么办。众议员办公室staff member的意思是他们只能make sure USCIS being
responsive, in this case, the agency is being responsive by responding to
their query，这是说除了等没有其他办法了么？还可以再催他们问问具体原因么？
另外联系这个众议员办公室之前联系了参议员办公室，一直得不到回复、找不到case
worker，所以又联系了这个众议员。不知道这个staff member怎么知道了这个事情，让
我不要联系多个议员 :( 但是这些办公室不给力眼见着我的宝贵时间就这么被不停地
浪费了。。。

前不久收到了SR的回复说已经pre-adjudicated。公司在纽约，但家人都在西雅图，跟
公司申请了remote在西雅图继续为公司工作，之前一直保留纽约地址，但刚刚得知现在
的纽约的地址无法继续留用。像我这种情况，可以把地址从纽约变更到华盛顿州吗？
pre-adjudicated 后如果排期到了current，就可以批绿了吗？请各位有经验的大神赐

From what I have seen in other forums or law sites, pre-adjudication is the
process of continuing to review a case and getting it "very close to
approval", especially during times when Visa numbers are retrogressed. What
this means (as I have understood it) is that your GC should be approved as
soon as your date becomes current again!!! So, happy days may be around the

息如下：
“同学们非常想知道的是，我的申请被派到了 IO 的手中做 adjudication，还要多久
能批？
如果从 IO 开始看申请，到做出一个结论，也就是几十分钟吧，对于一个业务熟悉的
follow AFM 的 IO 而言。或批或否或要 RFE，总而言之，给你个答案。
但是，同学们要认识到，不是就你一份申请被派到了那个 IO 手中，所以你要考虑你的
申请在他 review 之前的在桌子上的停留时间，还有你的申请被用来垫咖啡杯的可能性
。这样以来，你说谁能给个准数？
一般而言，从几天到几周都是很正常的。如果等待的时间以月计的话，不是 IO 度假去
了，就很可能是当了咖啡杯垫。
