前些天lp开车在local被追尾了，具体情况是lp停车在等交通，后面车撞了lp的车，导
致lp车又撞了前面的车。事故发生后，我们的车被警察叫的拖车公司拖走了，警察对lp
说是因为车不能开了。我们立即联系了对方的保险公司，对方给了aduster的联系方式
给我们。我们联系上之后，lp说明了身体不舒服需要看（lp毕业没多久，没有医疗保险
），然后租车，adjuster是说现在不知道是谁的责任，所以adjuster不认为他们负责。
几天后police report出来了，我们拿了，发给了adjuster，但是adjuster问我们很多
次为什么要把车拖走，因为police report上显示车被拖走不是因为disabling damage
（后来我们联系警察，得知写报告的和处理事故的不是一个警察，警察说车是
undriveable才拖走的所以report可能有错
误，但是写报告的警察不在，得这个星期五才回来）。我们就跟adjuster说是警察让拖
走的。
后来adjuster打电话给lp，adjuster说她今天去看车的情况，可是拖车公司不让

第一个数字是count，后面是相应的status。
其中522个fee waived的是政治避难。
这些485 case是我用程序把9月末到11月末
所有NSC的receipt number扫描一遍抓出来的，
应该包括所有10月的case和绝大部分11月的case。
那时候都是review状态，所列出的时间就是RD。
接下来我打算每隔几天再跟踪这些485 case，
