情况是这样的，找了个broker办贷款，锁了个利率答应给rebeat，然后今天看到贷款方
面相关的Closing cost有好几项：
1. Loan Origination Fee, 大概 3500
2. Administration Fee to Bank 大概 850
3. Credit Report to Broker 大概 25
4. Flood Certification 大概 10
Broker给了credit，但只cover了第1项，不包括2，3，4项。我有点迷惑是，第2和第3
项都是贷款相关的，理论上应该是broker负责，现在反而应该是我要出这部分费用，感
觉不合理啊。
请问版上有类似的情况吗？大家都是要出第2项Administration Fee吗？我在加州。

security tax。我还是学生所以在学校的工作是不用的。估计是之前一个consulting
1099没有给。
信里面没有说需要补交啥的。只是说不交的话以后有些benefit没有。还说鼓励以后交
。我想问下这种情况下是不是什么action都不用做？还是需要联系他们？ 谢谢！ |

过了，我妈被要求面签），我妈妈说感觉是签过了，因为签完了，签证官让她去填往回
寄护照的EMS.但妈妈说今天遇到的签证官态度比较严肃，说话说的很少，没有问很多问
题，只问了我妈妈有没有退休，是做什么工作的，然后要了我妈妈的已经订好的机票收
据信息和旅行计划。签完了签证官没有像旁边的另一个签证官那样明确地说明“你通过
了”，只是说我们需时间行政处理，然后再把护照寄回给你。我在网上查签证状态从签
完以后一直都是

eb1b的通过率一直高达90%以上，也就是说只有10%的人被拒。最近在看uscis的
administrative decision，这都是被拒后又上诉的最后结论，大部分还是被拒，所以
这些人应该属于那10%里面的，可是如果以这些作为背景最差的10%，很难想象10%到20%
那个percentile里的人真的会满足uscis在administrative decision里面的要求。
不知大家怎么看这件事，难道就是有的人比较挑剔，有的人放水？ |

remote desktop. you can turn off this behavior for your home use instead of
setting administrator's password.
1. run secpol.msc,
2. go to Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options
turn off "Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console
logon only"
If you prefer to change the password, you can try below in command line
window:
net user administrator

息。
美国医院虽然大多数是NON FOR PROFIT, 但是整个运作是市场行为。医院要善于经营才
能生存。目前美国医疗的COST非常高，在医院的COST这部分人工费是占最重要的位置，
NP/PA的存在有很大部分的原因也是医院的COST CONTROL，用一定数量的MD搭配一定比
例的NP/PA能帮助医院实现利益的最大化，说的好听就叫COST EFFECTIVE CARE.这种现
象在一些小的PRIMARY CARE CLINIC就更加突出。我的一个同学自己老公开业就找了两
