我目前仍只有一个做实验的小团队，无法做好服务性工作，一天十几个个电话我都是重

高超的技巧，其实也很简单，细胞做好检测，不要有寄生菌污染，不要有支原体污染（

感---特别是单转guide假阳性---我非常确定在没有污染的情况下，单转guid不会影响

看---），特别的，对于Fig4，也是几乎惟一算是有难度的，就是控制转染时的细胞密

abused。像Ago这个方向，如果韩主席的剪切效率放在哪里，其它Ago编辑工具很难
match这样的效率。对发高水平文章会有影响。 |

不过我个人觉得CRISPR/Cas9已经足够好用了。我做的不多，但是拿到mutants的成功率
几乎是100%，而且筛选的工作量不是很大。我个人没有觉得Ago system会有太多的优势
（当然我也只是个路人，对gene editing领域的嗅觉是非常的不灵敏），不是很值得花
