elevator. Given his latest bullying tactics (punching DNC speakers until
their heads came off) and denigrating Khizr Kahn and his wife, Trump has
reached depths of meanness and vindictiveness unmatched by anyone.
I believe that he is mentally unbalanced, perhaps he is a true sociopath or
paranoid maniac. He is the one that needs to be locked up.

还算比较理性，但是论事手法比如“自由“”民主”“极权”“天安门”以大陆人的角
度来太假大空，不容易引起共鸣。想起youtube前两天一个视频，在香港街头向大陆游
客宣传理念，开场就“中国来的吗”，人家扭头就走
可惜现在连有这种心平气和交流意愿的香港人和大陆人都不多了，大多数人只想着互喷
泄愤
多数大陆人环境所限，潜意识里党，国，民族不分家，本身要转变立场就很困难，再听
到某些港人一口一个“支那”，“蝗虫”，怎么可能还想着去理解对方
一些香港人一方面平时把大陆人和共产党绑到一起嘴炮批判，一方面又怪大陆人关键时
刻不挺香港
这种局面真是共产党喜闻乐见

负面媒体危害尽量减少。 国内
的媒体，却还在炒作。其实也有
教育的意义，但是他们好像比较
偏重于嘲笑弱者。
纸包不住火。 早晚会烧过来。
海外老中早做准备。
1. 帮FB/G 受牵连员工找身份
找工作。 可以考虑DON‘T ASK，
DON'T TELL。 这样没有人需要
撒谎，或者难堪。 招工的方面的
老中，如果被人问到， 可以完全诚实
地说：”这是人家的私事，我不知道“。
2. 应对别人公开的询问，FB/G
老中可以坦荡地考虑以下说法。

1.一般来说Ago蛋白C端加tag，无论是来自于那个物种，蛋白就没有活性了，主要由Ago
蛋白自身结构folding决定。文中用的几个construct，好像只有1-2个C端是没有tag的
。那么，用C端带tag的Ago作出的实验，是否有意义呢？当然，不能够排除NgAgo本身特
殊，能够tolerate C端tag，只是从预测的结构上讲，可能性很小。
有没有paper报道在Ago蛋白的C端加tag会使其活性消失或者降低？最好在这里列几篇参
考文献。因为我以前对于好几个蛋白质在C端加FLAG,GFP，都不会影响蛋白的功能，对
于Ago家族的蛋白，我不了解。
2.Ago催化酶切的核心domain实际是一个RNaseH fold，催化cleavage时应该结合双链（
无论DNA或RNA），而双链其中一个是guide，另外一个是target。我无法想象gDNA
guided NgAgo是如何切割双链DNA的。文章开始用2个guide，也许还有些道理（说不定
