additional fee since they are not paper based tickets.
United has confirmed the reservation after I got an confirmation email from
airfare.com.
However, I received an email from airfare.com asking photo copy of CC and ID
after I placed the order. The charge has been shown on CC's online
statement although I did not give them hard copy of ID or CC. |

本来订好了票没什么问题，但是两个月之后告诉我原来的行程履行不了。不仅把我出发
的时间延后了一天，而且中途在西雅图转机本来只要两个多小时的现在要等上13个小时
，还跟我说这是我唯一的选择。我找他们退票他们说还有收我processing fee，我说收
就收但是你赶快把票退了，airfare说是要找航空公司（海航）退他们自己退不了，让
我一等等了将近两个星期，期间各种搪塞。
我现在已经找信用卡公司dispute了，大家觉得赢的希望大不？求经验 |

而且最后票到底出了没？如果没出，钱应该可以找airfare要回来的。
你这件事情麻烦就在于你没有按正常程序走（先找merchant解决，不行再找信用卡公司
