会的夏令营。据说是在Birmingham郊区，当时还是国内的思维，对教会活动兴趣不大，
但以为肯定会有大巴出租之类的进城，在学校憋了很久，于是就义无反顾地去了。没想
到营地在远郊，和另一个女孩试图走到有人烟的地方，走了半个多小时，还是大片的森
林，一个人烟都没有。营地很漂亮，草地，湖水，蓝天，白云，空气清新，景色宜人，
就是人烟稀少。教堂的会实在无聊，好几次偷偷溜出去在湖边的长椅上小憩，当时觉得
身边的这块草地要是在北京肯定被踢球的挤爆了。对美国的第一印象，树多，人少，空
气好。
第二次去Alabama是开学一个多月后，学校放秋假，一个同学家在Alabama的一个小镇，
叫Demoplis，闲着无事，还有激情看美国，所以就跟着屁颠屁颠的去了。收获着实不小
，第一次知道homecoming，第一次看football (尽管是高中的)，第一次和真正的
country家庭接触，第一次看到满墙的鹿头野鸡，第一次看到一柜子长短不一的猎枪。
