1. BAKING SHEET/COOKIE SHEET把ALMOND铺平，平摊在上面
2.撒一点水在ALMOND上，如果用SPRAY更好，然后撒盐，注意不要撒太多，一
点咸味就够了，吃多盐会高血压的
3. OVERN BAKE加热到375，放入ALMOND，15分钟即可。或者闻到香味几分钟即可。注意
不要烤过，烤欠一点，放凉就熟了。

Raw Vanilla Almond Milk
1 cup soaked almonds
(Soak in a bowl in the refrigerator overnight and rinse before using)
3 cups water
1 vanilla bean, seeds scooped out
3-5 soft pitted dates (or soak hard dates in water for 1/2 hour) or
other sweetener to taste such as honey or stevia
To make raw almond milk blend the soaked almonds with the water until
smooth. Then strain the mixture through a sprout bag, cheesecloth, or

the coveted sharffernberger chocolate that no longer will be on sale on
Amazon. Don't pay attention to the per oz thing they have as it is wrong.
The shipping weight is 3lbs you get 12 LARGE bars. This is a great price for
Dove chocolate. I myself got 2 boxes of the roasted almond.
Also the roasted almond is dark, NOT milk chocolate. Looks like they made a
mistake with that one.

我顿时被朋友的远大理想感动了，深深地咽了下口水，补充说“我们女生晚上看书是喜
欢吃零嘴的，要不我在你旁边摆个小摊卖honey roasted almond吧……”
说做就做，回来找了方子就开始研究honey roasted almond……
尝试了两种方子，味道都很好，我比较喜欢第二种的
------
2 cup 杏仁
1/4 cup 糖
1/2 tsp 盐
1 tsp 肉桂粉（可不加）
2 tbsp 蜂蜜
2 tbsp 水
2 tbsp 植物油
把杏仁平摊在烤盘里，350F 12-15分钟（注意别烤过了）
不粘锅里把蜂蜜，水，植物油混合后烧开
把烤好的杏仁倒进锅里搅拌，直到每个杏仁上都均匀地裹上一层蜂蜜
把糖盐，肉桂粉混合后倒进锅里，小火翻炒到杏仁上挂好一层糖浆，摊开冷凉即可

Soak 4-5 cups of almonds. Sprout for 2 days.
Grind (in little coffee type grinder) 4-6 Tblsp. Flaxseeds, and soak in 2
c of water.
Blanch almond skins (30 seconds in hot water, then to cold, easily slip
skins off).
In Vita Mix - (in 2-4 batches so to not bog down):
Fresh juice of 4 lemons, 4 limes, a touch of maple syrup (optional),
and 20 drops of the essential oils of lemon, and tangerine, and Thieves
blend, (I use Young Living Oils- YUM!).
