我签了他们的合同 现在担心earnest money 拿不回来...
我extend mortgage contingency deadline 被seller reject
我以为这种 应该是能拿回来的
但是我看altisource的合同上面写着
这钱全看seller 愿不愿意退...
就是 一旦你签了合同 如果不能在mortgage contingency 前批下贷款 你earnest
money 就没了 extension你没有权利
