发动群众一起找。
警报叫amber alert，第一次收到。
一开始想，amber是琥珀，是不是“黄色警报”的意思，一谷歌，显示出了一样的
警报信息，说有一名小孩今天失踪，穿什么样的衣服，在什么样的车上。
搜到了这个案子：
安珀·海格曼（Amber Hagerman，1986年11月25日－1996年1月17日）是一名遭到綁
架並被殺害的年輕女孩。達拉斯安珀計劃（Dallas Amber Plan）在1997年7月開始
，目的是為了幫助安全的救出那些警方相信已遭綁架的兒童。
原来amber是人名。
查了下amber alert的要求，说：

发不发amber alert，有两个基本要素要满足，
1. Law Enforcement Confirms an Abduction
首先要满足这是一个Abduction。廊坊的哥帮翻译一下就是诱拐劫持，比如陌生人或者
没有监护权的人私自带走小孩。
一个有监护权的母亲带着小孩逛圣地亚哥野生动物园，你就算喊破天，警察也不会认为
是Abduction。
2. Risk of Serious Bodily Injury or Death
处于严重伤害或死亡的危险中。人马蓉带小孩逛圣地亚哥野生动物园，你就算喊破天，
警察也不会认为小孩是在严重伤害或死亡的危险中。
就算放狗搜到天亮也不会有结果的。这件事需要理智。现在我菌有理智的就三四个。 |
