近$200(一个1000，一个780)，而且这还是在我Auto insurance在LM的条件下。请问
Ameriprise的claim如何？renew时会乱涨价吗？
另外，Ameriprise有独立的"Wind and Hail Deductible"和"Water Back-Up and Sump
Overflow"（当然都是为了少给你钱），而LM没有这个选项，但其实也有类似的
"Exceptions"吗?

最近刚买了新车，subaru outback。给新车买了全保，原先旧车改成半保，
progressive 给我 490 半年，觉得还不错。
跟 Ameriprise quote 了一下，给了 437，另外因为是 costco 会员，给免费
roadside assistance.
但不知道 Ameriprise 的保险怎么样？有人用过吗？不知是不是该 switch |

加州规定最低保body$15000, 我选了$25000. 给Ameriprise打电话问问题，
他们说要我选body $100000，保费涨到$570, 否则不start insurance，
这不是强行给客户定coverage吗？这样合理吗？
目前我在all state是 $523 ，如果Ameriprise$536我可以考虑。 |

got MUCH better rates than our friends who use other insurance companies
like Farmers or Liberty Mutual. Many of them since switched to Ameriprise.
Are you a COSTCO member? I think there is some discount if you do it through
COSTCO.

我电话local agent了，LM家其实也有这两个，只是没有明写出来。比如water back is
up to $10K. Wind and Hail也是separate deductible。当我把这些弄成一致后，LM
的价格还是$1000，所以如果版上没人告诉我只第一年便宜，或者claim很难搞的话，我
基本就定Ameriprise了。
嗯，我确实担心用了claim后，premium未来会怎么涨，不过这个对哪家都一样，而且该
用时就要用，否则要它干嘛。 |

题。

本人背景 EE 学校一般 2nd year graduate, master 明年毕业 为下学期找intern
提前10分钟到了后我先去洗手间对着镜子联系了5分钟，然后上楼找到公司，先做测验
40多分钟，25道算术题，38到性格测试题，算术题是基本的代数运算，美国人一半都被
淘汰，性格测试如果没有成功的潜质也会被淘汰，而后ppt具体介绍financial advisor
工作，最后vice president面试。我成功通过了前面的test测验，后面见到vp，估计他
一位我已经graduate了要找的是fulltime， 在确认我是intern后，他让我明年一月份
来，那个时侯正好需要一个intern，但只是partime，15h per week，钱太少。
中间和一个一起来的面试的40岁的self employed的人聊天，他说早先自己有business
公司，先在准备准备转到finance这个行业。大家都是不喜欢engineer的人，呵。算志
趣相投 |

但我们自己的车撞得比较惨，修车花了1万多，自己就掏了点deductible
对方是辆奔驰，好像就bumper上一个坑而已，不知道修了多少钱。
神奇的是，我们修完车以后，Ameriprise给我们发了一封信，
说因为我们驾驶记录良好，这次claim不会涨保险。
然后就真的一直没有涨。然后过了两年还降了点 |

猜想便宜一点。我夏天搬到NJ的时候，也是刚拿的驾照，之前没有保险。不过是已婚大
龄。
quote了geico，100k/300k/comprehensive，半年$550-$650，progressive $500，
allstate说不给3年以内的卖保险，statefarm网上$420，agent $520，于是就从网上买
了statefarm。其他的liberty mutual, travellers也都quote过，不比这三家便宜。
AAA的没试过，因为要membership。
结果2个月以后statefarm说要加钱或者cancel，因为没有以前的保险。没办法又quote
了一家小公司叫做ameriprise(IDS)，也就是costco的车险。网站比三大公司做得差多
了。但是NJ的MVC有个车险排名，这家投诉非常少。结果半年带comprehensive只要$340
。也不知道是吸引我的价格呢还是就是这个价格，反正对于新驾照无3年以上保险历史
，这个很划算了。

没有签字，其实根本没有寄给/发给我。因为这个，Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation要求suspend我的plate三个月， 直到我在DMV 对他家 file complaint
才解决问题。

那你可以跟保险公司说这个是 excellent condition.
如果你最近有换过轮胎之类的，保险公司也会考虑多赔些。
当然保险公司有好，有差劲的。 我上次被人撞，医生，律师都说
AAA 最爽快，第二是 Costco 卖的那个保险公司, Ameriprise.
我 08 年车祸，对方闯红灯，对方的保险是 Ameriprise.
那时我的车是 94年的 Camry LE, condition 只能算 good，
13.5年旧的车，近 13.5万 miles左右. 车被 total,
保险公司最终赔了 $4900 左右。 我觉得还算合理。 |

我去年十月份上班路上， 前面红绿灯的时候前车刹车， 我也跟着刹车。 停稳之后背
后一声轮胎磨地的啸叫声然后我的车被人追尾了。
警察来了之后和阿三女司机交换了驾照和保险， 然后就让我们散了。
然后我打电话给对方保险公司， 说查不到记录， 给我的policy number 是过期的。
我发短信催促阿三女司机，第二天才给我正确的保险公司信息。
我联系了那个保险公司ameriprise 之后， 给了我一个case number， 但是是出事前一
天的。 过了一周才知道是她另外一起事故的case number。
然后就是各种拖延，一个月了 deadline 最后一天下午ameriprise跟我说对方driver
指控我停车之前换lane。 所以才撞到我。 我当场质问保险公司说 她有没有证据证明
我换lane？ 如果我换了lane， 为什么不一开始就告诉保险公司，反而是最后一天突然
抛出一个理由来？
然后又过了一个月， amerprise 电话我说承认责任， 要给我寄支票。 我很高兴的答
应了。
过了一天之后， 又给我打电话说上级拒绝了赔偿。 要继续调查要我描述当时是怎么开

Mutual. Liberty Mutual will give you a discount if you use Geico for car
insurance.
We brought our home insurance though Progressive, because our car insurance
