不是专家，一起交流一下。
AMRN六月份股价大跌，原因是CEO说今年公司不会被收购，fast money很失望。
最近股价跌的原因是受大盘和DNDN双重影响。DNDN的的销售远低于预期，DNDN的股价的
暴跌，对biotech startup打击很大。但是DNDN的失利的原因很特殊，药价太高，
reimbursement的问题，还有一些医生对它的治疗效果并不是完全认同。DNDN这个例子
不应该推广到其它药上，所以AMRN不应该受DNDN的拖累。
按照公司的guidance，AMRN九月底之前递交NDA。前几天的conference call 上，这次
NDA包括了Anchor和 Marine trial data。Anchor的data能包括就去，这是很大的利好
消息。Marine trial的病人数量是3.8Million，而Anchor的人群数量是36million。

AMRN的鱼油更进一步，把鱼油里会提升坏胆固醇LDL的DHA去掉了。lovaza由于有提高
LDL的副作用，label 上的patient population 有限制。AMRN的patient population会
大十倍。所以理论上说应该是个ten billion dollar 的药。 |

We should do complete DD before buy and understand the risk/reward. We
should know what we expect, meanwhile know how to stop loss in case of bad.
Like HZNP, It was suggested big sell off when it was at about $7 due to the
dilution. Should we buy now? My opinion is yes, try to buy at mid/upper 4
and hold for Eu approval news any time in 2H 2012.

getting great attention. Big money is buying. If you don't know Vascepa
market potential value, think about Lipitor. It is a blockbuster opportunity
and multiple billion $$$ annual saleat peak. AMRN has no sale team and are
not capable to build it, buyout(@20s short term) is the only outcome. Don't

sell AMRN & AEGR yet, maybe sell DCTH on NDA submission news.
Here are my reasons for the uptrend for these 3 stock:
AMRN: buyout speculation and huge potential market of new drug vascepa!
AEGR: insider bought, oversold, rich cash(>100min) and upcoming PUDFA
catalyst!
DCTH: NDA submission news next week, insider bought!
None of these stocks will need dilution to raise cash in near term(say 1.5
months), will buy any dip.

play up and down like MM!! Since MM have insider knowledges and huge funds
to manipulate share price! The only advantage we have is time. We know the
FDA decision event is coming and should buy these stocks

As for amrn, buyout is not just rumor, it is going to happen soon. 60-90
days from 8/8 is approaching, exciting news for shareholders is coming.

I had sold all of them on Monday.
I am now holding some calls on AMRN.
In the worst case, I am going to lose around close to 7% of my profit this

一点坏消息，就100%跌。
AMRN 好不容易弄出了FDA批准，股票反而失去了价值，开始下坡。。
然后就是炒作买断，庄家偷偷溜走，
没人买断，就开始诋毁药的价值，牛逼的药被迫和一般鱼油相提并论。
股价开始回落，公司居然牛逼的要扩大药物用途，其实不搞这个，股价也没啥借口狂跌
。
药物用途的扩大被质疑，批准建议不通过，股票狂跌。。。。
十二月的FDA 也渺茫了，公司成垃圾。。。
不过，药股就是药股，或许下周AMRN 就会被低价买断，飙升50% 也不奇怪。。。

1/15消息85%的可能性是不好的. 那样的话AMRN会跌到1
10%的可能性是中性的, 股价会在原地+ or - 20%

是我看case拍脑袋估计的.
AMRN我玩了有大半年了,前前后后在他上面赚了四万的样子
以目前的形势,最安全的玩法是等到1/15后结果出来后再入. 如果消息好, AMRN会爆炸.
但股价是不会一步到位的, 你一样可以到那时候冲进去吃肉. |

AMRN 的专利我研究过。他们有6个patent applications pending，其中有两个close
to issuing。其中一个运气好的话，任何时候都可能issue。但这取决于专利局
examiner的个人尺度。如果再有一轮rejection的话，起码还要拖两到三个月。立马
issue的可能性70%吧。如果patent 有issue，再加upcoming NDA，股价会冲25。再一轮
rejection的话，会有小挫。不过有NDA支撑不会大跌。
专利早晚会issue，只是多早的问题。不过shareholder现在都急吼吼盼着buyout，所以
timing是个问题。 |

I just checked...AMRN just responsed to the Office Action from US Patent
Trademark Office on Jan. 13, 2011. Most likely, it will take the Examiner
another 3~4 months to take action on the reply. Hope for the best for AMRN! |

利问题清楚了，大药厂就会在收购支票上签字了。
意思就是如果专利不延长, 大公司不签字, AMRN也就 $16-17.00左右? |

才能递基于ANCHOR trial的NDA, 九月份能递的应该只是MARINE trial的适用病人群。
但Lovaza当年的公司卖给GSK是$1.65 billion， AMRN就是不考虑ANCHOR trial什么时
候递NDA也至少值这个价。

AMR101目前没issue的专利。有个composition application现在离issuing最近。如果issue了2021 expire。他们还有三到四个method of use application， 如果issue了2029 expire。
这个composition application 如果issue的话，对股价会是冲25 PPS 的major catalyst。我是狂赌了。

product has been approved for the treatment of hyperlipidemia and has been
on the market for seventeen years”（approved by Japanese Health & Welfare
in 1994 against hyperlipidemia）。我一直没明白日本人有没有专利，如有包括什么
？难道只在日本有效？如果1994就批了的话，现在该是GENERIC的时候了。日本人做的
研究发表的PAPER也不少。（见JELIS - Japan Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) Lipid
Intervention Study）。
