，做的是算法方面的而非开发使用工具。我觉得长远看单纯做分析是没有前途的。
从我的经验来看：
1、这个行业市场大，不必细说，信息大爆炸嘛
2、准入机制太低，基本上半路出家读个工程专业的本科硕士就能做。而分析需要的人
力并不多。这个结果以后会导致这个市场越来越拥挤，利润急剧下降。
对第二点准入机制低，僧多粥少：每年美国要生产一万多名计算机学位的毕业生，这个
速度在以20%左右的速度逐年递增，去年更达到了惊人的30%，这些人毕业了去哪里？纯
粹的码农吸纳了一大部分，但哪怕有10%的跑去做分析，那也是很恐怖的数字。
对第二点需要的人力并不多：到底需要多少分析员呢？现在这些做分析的大多数人只要
会用软件就可以了，这种简单应用分析数据起来是相当快的，一个T的数据往往只需要
他/她花几个小时熟悉，剩下的就是服务器的事情了，和分析员无关。
3、供需关系严重不匹配，低级分析的供应远远大于需求，专业分析（这个太难做到了
）的供应远小于求。

的对象。真正好的数据分析是需要结合专业知识，剔出噪音，抓住insight的。个人觉
得纯粹靠generic data analysis反而容易被误导。
不过大数据下的软硬件基础设施应该是需求上涨的。比如数据存储，传送，管理自动化
，软件租赁，等等。 |
